The Quarter 3 edition (October–December 2025) of “Sutra – A Thread of Togetherness”, the Model CLF Newsletter under DAY-NRLM, presents a collection of inspiring stories and field experiences from across States/UTs. The newsletter continues to serve as a knowledge-sharing platform, documenting innovations, best practices, and grassroots learnings emerging from women-led community institutions.
This edition features stories from Bihar, Goa, Assam, Chhattisgarh, and Kerala, highlighting how Model Cluster Level Federations (CLFs) are strengthening livelihoods, promoting enterprise development, improving nutrition outcomes, and enabling social transformation at the grassroots. From Gender Community Resource Persons driving awareness and change, to CLFs evolving as enterprise and training hubs, the stories reflect the growing role of community institutions as engines of inclusive development.
The edition also highlights convergence-led initiatives and institutional strengthening efforts, demonstrating how collective action and local leadership are creating sustainable impact. Notably, continuing the vision of promoting community voices, this edition includes a contribution from the President of Asturi Model CLF, Goa.
Aligned with the vision of Viksit Bharat @2047, Sutra aims to foster cross-learning and strengthen community-led development across the NRLM ecosystem.
