Sutra – A Thread of Togetherness is the first quarterly Model CLF Newsletter launched under DAY-NRLM to celebrate stories of women’s collectives, resilience, and empowerment across rural India.
The newsletter was formally launched under the chairmanship of Shri T.K. Anil Kumar, Additional Secretary, MoRD, bringing together representatives from states, KMC resource persons, and community leaders to celebrate the power of storytelling in strengthening community institutions.
